| The mussels are extraordinarily fresh and complement the slightly tangy and aromatic sauce excellently. For mains, one dish not to be missed is pan-grilled rack of lamb served with blanched zucchini. Grilled Australian tenderloin served with foie gras and steamed spinach is another must-try. The meat is beautifully tender and scented with butter and the foie gras is perfectly crispy on the outside but smooth on the inside.... more |
